Please get the latest code from github: https://github.com/samuelflores/molmodel.git This page provides binary and source releases of Molmodel, starting with version 2.2. (Earlier releases were packaged as part of the SimTKcore project.) IMPORTANT NOTE: You must install Simbody first before installing or building Molmodel. If you want to use OpenMM acceleration then you should also install OpenMM prior to Molmodel. Need help? Use the help forum: Advanced -> Public

Molmodel
These are the release packages for Molmodel, starting with release 2.2. (Earlier releases were packaged in the SimTKcore project.) Pre-built binaries are provided for a variety of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms. A single source release is supplied that can be used to build for any platform. NOTE: You must install a compatible version of Simbody first before installing Molmodel.

This is release 2.2 of Molmodel, built from the Molmodel2.2-Source.zip distribution (below). Please download, test, and report problems and successes to the Molmodel forum under Advanced->Public Forums.
