A user manual, software and example simulations are provided below to begin using and adapting the Probabilistic Plugin. Download the zip file and begin with 'OpenSim Probabilistic Plugin Users Guide (v1.0).pdf' contained within the folder. If you would like to just download the User Guide it is located under the project 'Documents'.

This is the initial version of the plugin. It is compatible with OpenSim 3.2 and Matlab 2013. If using any other versions of OpenSim or Matlab download the 'base' release. The User Guide in contained within this folder as well as available for download under the project 'Documents'. View License
