SSM Knee Executable
Executable provided for statistical shape model of the knee: bones, cartilage and ligaments. Generates mean and instances describing the PC modes for SSM of 50 subjects. As cartilage representation required mesh morphing in Hypermesh, we were only able to 'preload' these instances in this executable format.
