1. JointReaction analysis works for models with muscles.
2. StaticOptimization now allows for modified bounds for all actuators
which would make it more robust but could lead to different results
from previous versions in some cases.
3. Fixes to AnalyzeTool in the GUI to make sure Analyses are not added
more than once or MuscleAnalysis added to RRA.
4. Fix to CMC tool to pushdown the tolerance from GUI to the
underlying code so it actually makes a difference.
5. New menu pick under help->"Available Objects" to show the XML
representation of objects, this may help some users and make their XML
file editing easier.
6. Fix to Analysis Plugin template.
