Immediate Action Items:

Notes:

  1. Joy updated the Cleveland Clinic team on the integration of the data management site into SimTk. They are in the process of fixing two more bugs and then the system will be ready for external testing. The Cleveland Clinic team will test the system when it is ready (most likely with the Open Knee(s) project).

  2. Rici conducted some tests and provided feedback to Tod about the remaining bugs in the in vitro data management system. See details of each bug below.
    1. The query status bar is now included and functioning in both the in vivo and in vitro systems.
    2. E-mail notifications (for large downloads) are still not working for the in vitro system. Tod will make sure this is fixed prior to launch.
    3. The team discussed the querying of raw data and registration data. Tod implemented a raw data folder query that does not necessarily rely on trial numbers so that raw data, such as CTs and MRIs, can be queried without a trial number. Rici brought up the importance of having the subject XML go with any subjects that meet the query criteria (similar to the current data/visualization option). The team decided to go ahead and merge these two requests so there is one query option called raw, analysis, and visualization. This allows the user to extract files with or without trial numbers and will also include the subject XML.
  3. Tod will work on the remaining bugs and then release a clone version of the data management site with a meaningful URL so that the in vitro data can be disseminated.
