See previous minutes of the previous meeting at: https://simtk.org/plugins/moinmoin/multis/RecurringMeetings/2018-08-14-1300
Immediate Action Items:
- Cleveland Clinic
- Test in vitro data management system after final bugs are fixed.
- Provide e-mail introduction of Joy to Farshid Guilak on integrating SimTK as a data repository (Journal of Biomechanics Editor in Chief)
- Stanford University
- Fix high priority bugs for launching of in vitro data management system.
- Create clone of in vitro data management system for Cleveland Clinic team to disseminate data, once the fixed bugs have been tested and approved by Rici.
Notes:
- Joy updated the Cleveland Clinic team on the integration of the data management site into SimTK. The Stanford group is working on documentation and instructions for testing the integrated system and then will be sending it out by the end of the week. This is just a generic version and will not include specifics of querying features we have requested for the MULTIS project.
- Ahmet also mentioned that SimTK is not an available repository for Journal of Biomechanics and asked Joy to reach out to them so that SimTK can be added. Ahmet will provide an e-mail introduction.
- Ahmet also highlighted the functionality of being able to archive and create a DOI for publication while also having a dynamic site that is updated with derivative data. Joy shared that this may be implemented in a later version of the integrated system after releasing the basic version.
- Tod provided two test queries to demonstrate what is happening with the accepted boolean. Rici and Ahmet clarified the functionality of the accepted boolean. Rici also noted that other query features are now broken as well, with the data/visualization change that Tod made. Tod will look into this issue and get back to Rici when he has an update.
- Tod will work on the remaining bugs and then release a clone version of the data management site with a meaningful URL so that the in vitro data can be disseminated.
