See previous minutes of the previous meeting at: https://simtk.org/plugins/moinmoin/multis/RecurringMeetings/2018-09-11-1300
Ongoing Action Items:
- Cleveland Clinic
- Continue population in vitro data management systems.
- Stanford University
- Support data management platform and dissemination efforts.
Notes:
- All data management platforms (for in vivo data, for in vitro data - ultrasound, for in vitro data - surgical tools) are operational. Ahmet informed the Stanford University team that the Cleveland Clinic team will anticipate routine maintenance from now on. Rici has started uploading data on servers launched for in vitro studies. All features seem to be working in order.
- As part of in vitro data manuscripts, Cleveland Clinic team anticipates to acquire DOI (as done for the in vivo data article). Stanford University team will assist for acquisition of these.
- Ahmet intends to move the data from current servers (multisbeta, multisgamma, multisdelta) to SimTK following the integration of the data management platform to SimTK. This will facilitate long term support. The existing servers should have an auto redirect to relevant SimTK data sites within Operation MULTIS project site following the transfer of data.
