MOtoNMS
MOtoNMS is a MATLAB toolbox able to read motion data stored in C3D files and process markers trajectories, ground reaction forces, and EMG signals for the OpenSim and CEINMS softwares. MOtoNMS is extremely configurable and has been already tested with different laboratory instruments, setups, and acquisition procedures. At the same time it is also quite simple to use thanks to its graphical user-friendly interfaces that help users in configuring the process without any change in MATLAB code.

MOtoNMS Test Data
This package includes data to help MOtoNMS newbies in testing the software. You will find: - several input datasets (also available in MOtoNMS package); - a few examples of configuration files for MOtoNMS execution; - processed data resulting from the execution of MOtoNMS on the input data according to the parameters defined in configuration files; - setup files for laboratory and experimental configurations. Run MOtoNMS with these datasets and compare your outputs with the one provided in the package
