I apply Normal Mode Analysis to study conformational change of large biomolecules.

Normal Mode Analysis is applied to the study of conformational change of large biomolecules.
We use the Normal Mode basis set as a new coordinate system that has less degrees of freedom that the complex protein structure. The ultimate goal is to simulate dynamics in this coordinate system.
