1. Install Netlogo 5.0 (https://ccl.northwestern.edu/netlogo/oldversions.shtml) 2. Place the world file (seed.csv) and program file (DisuseAtropy.nlogo) 3. open DisuseAtrophy.netlogo 4. Setup creates a fascicle with the proscribed parameters 5. Simulate disuse runs the model
