The zip file contains two GMT files: TFTG.all.symbol.w6k.qvalue0.01.uniqueTF.gmt TFTG.all.symbol.w20k.qvalue0.01.uniqueTF.gmt They correspond to target genes obtained at q-value threshold of 0.01 for a window size of 6K and 20K around genes' TSS.
