The initial release of the cmc_ssm package. Package folder structure: • root - instructions, requirements, and python scripts are kept in the root folder. ○ data - contains triangulated surface meshes of the metacarpal and trapezium bones. ○ figures - contains mode-variance, shape-space plots, and screenshots of the SSM. ○ lists - contains lists of data required by the python scripts. ○ shape_model - contains SSM data, including mean and principal components.
