Inverse kinematics, inverse dynamics, static optimization, and joint reaction analysis results for various gait patterns from the 3rd, 4th, and 6th Grand Challenge competitions (https://simtk.org/projects/kneeloads), using a full-body musculoskeletal model (https://simtk.org/projects/full_body/) and multi-compartment knee (https://simtk.org/projects/med-lat-knee/) to estimate knee contact forces. Edited experimental marker trajectories, scaled models, and setup files are also included. All inputs needed to run our static optimization implementation (https://github.com/stanfordnmbl/MatlabStaticOptimization) and replicate our results are included with the download. A README file with more detail about the dataset structure is also included with the download.
