License: 2D model with ground contact

The project releases a sagital plane model of human body with 10 DOFs and 42 muscles. The model uses HuntCrossleyForce to simulate foot-ground contact. The contact has been verified for walking at self-selected speed of 1.4 m/s and for running at 7 m/s.
