Problem with Choosing Molecule Step

Detailed description
After choosing a molecule in pdb format, the interface begins to finalize the selection by performing its own conversion. With the new updates to Java, this step freezes and the status time does not increase. In addition the molecule is never "chosen" and the interface states "Converting to PQR format", but never advances past that step regardless of time. I have attempted choosing the molecule from my own hard drive and using the "fetch" command, but neither are able to advance pass this step.
