Most of my scientific work is in the field of action of electromagnetic fields on biological objects, development of animal model systems of neurodegenerative diseases and the development of intravital microscopy for in vivo study of the dynamic characteristics of single small blood vessels (below 50 mkm), data gathered by intravital microscopy. I have Developed an algorithm for real-time image analysis of vasomotion of blood vessels and subsequent Fourier and wavelet analysis of the signal. In 2002, I acquired a post-doctoral fellowship by the Japanesse Society of Promotion of Science-JSPS with theme: Investigation of regulation of microcirculation in the blood-brain barrier-BBB. I have above 100 Gb data base of vasomotion (40 min per video record) of small blood vessels taken through the intravital microscopy.
