The following items are available for download from this project: 1) Matlab code for performing EMG-driven neuromusculoskeletal model calibration as described in the associated journal article. 2) Scaled generic OpenSim full-body walking model with calibrated lower body joint locations and orientations for a single male subject with right hemiparesis. 3) Multiple cycles of experimental walking data (marker motion, ground reaction, and EMG data) collected on a tied-belt instrumented treadmill from the same subject walking at speeds ranging from 0.4 to 0.8 m/s.
