Results files for all simulations. Three packages can be found below that are related to different simulations: 1) unimpaired walking at many target speeds and self-selected speed; 2) walking with plantarflexor weakness; and 3) walking with plantarflexor contracture. Please refer to the descriptions below and the README.txt files in each package for more details.

SCONE setup files
Setup files to re-run optimizations starting with the optimized parameters from the paper. These are useful for preforming future studies, or re-optimizing for solutions in your own software environment.

These files include the SCONE setup files, models, and initialization files needed to run optimizations. IMPORTANT NOTE: Because small differences in software environments lead to large differences in these types of simulations (due to integrator drift), these files will not reproduce the results from the paper exactly.
