Tools and some analyses (such as IVD) specify the time range and it is not clear if both are necessary and which takes precedence.

Date: 2010-07-16 19:41 Sender: Ayman Habib Ajay, It has always been the case that the Tool has a start/end time, and that analyses have their own start/end time that can override the Tool's. I'm not sure where the bug is if any, so I'm changing the category to documentation. If you have a specific example where these assumptions are violated then please attach it (and assign the bug back to me) Since analyses/tools are being rewritten by you, you have a chance to revisit these decisions/definitions. -Ayman
