Summary:
adding a "description" tag to model components

Detailed description
It would be useful to add in an extra tag in our model components that differentiates between a "display name" that appears in the Navigator window and some sort of "actual name / description" that appears in the Properties Window. So for example, maybe a muscle in the model can be defined as:

<Thelen2003Muscle name = "RF">
<Description> "Rectus Femoris" </Description>
...

and in the Properties window for the muscle, the "name" tag can display "Rectus Femoris" instead of "RF".

This would be useful so users can identify muscles without having a detailed knowledge of muscle anatomy. It may also be useful (at least in a teaching context) to identify a single muscle modeled with multiple lines of action. (i.e. GMAX1, GMAX2, and GMAX3 can all have their "description" tag say "gluteus maximus")

It could also be a useful tag in some other model components too- anytime you want a short display name in the Navigator window and a longer description in the Properties window to go with the component.. for example, if you wanted to add a description of contact geometry, description of marker location, etc.
