Detailed description
Would be good to have a message/announcement appear saying file has downloaded and/or progress bar. Might be good functionality for uploading as well.

Approach/notes:
Tested on various platforms to see if the "allow pop-ups" message was removed, download progress was located at the top of the page, input fields are hidden after submission, and failure of proceeding if expected use is empty.
