Silent install issue

Detailed description
Hi,

I'm trying to deploy version 3.3.0 of the 64-bit version of OpenSim.

Whenever I run it to install silently, it forces a dialog box to open for Visual C++ Runtime. Not matter what I do, it breaks the installation and ti won't complete.

I can't install this software otherwise. Any assistance would be appreciated.
