Summary:
Repeating Constraint Violation for a Single Degree of Freedom at one time step

Detailed description
There is a repeating constraint violation at a single degree of freedom at each time step during Static Optimization. The pelvis_tilt DOF fails at multiple times per times step, at multiple time steps. This occurs when trying to run a static optimization analysis on Gait Model 2392 and others. Filtering the joint kinematics and appending actuators does not resolve the issue. All input data files (kinematics, GRF, Actuators) come form the files provided by opensim at the initial download. Below is the error message that is given when trying to run the static optimization tool. Please help us resolve this issue. Thanks

StaticOptimization.record: WARN- The optimizer could not find a solution at time = 1.48333

The model appears unsuitable for static optimization.
Try appending the model with additional force(s) or locking joint(s) to reduce the following acceleration constraint violation(s):
pelvis_tilt: constraint violation = 3.13122
pelvis_tilt: constraint violation = 0.433708
pelvis_tilt: constraint violation = 0.80854
pelvis_tilt: constraint violation = 18.8509
pelvis_tilt: constraint violation = 3.25366
pelvis_tilt: constraint violation = 0.190903
pelvis_tilt: constraint violation = -16.4559
pelvis_tilt: constraint violation = -43.6089
pelvis_tilt: constraint violation = -405.034
pelvis_tilt: constraint violation = -670.84

time = 1.48333 Performance = 0.178441 Constraint violation = 785.256
