Summary:
[data share] Enable query filtering for complex directory structures

Detailed description
These issues are carried forward from Issue #2909.

Current implementation of the query filter works for two folder levels, e.g., subject1->motion1, subject1 -> motion 2. For more complicated folder structures, the current implementation has not been fully tested. Known issues include:

1) Admin-specified directories which do not appear at the sibling level of the folder matching the query will not get added. For example, if query matches folder subject1->loading->freeTrial->trial03 but admin-specified folder to include is subject1->static, then the static folder won't be included. This was previously an issue but may not be anymore with the resolution of Issue #2909.

2) A subdirectory could have the same name as another subdirectory if they are in different branches, e.g., subject1->loading->static AND subject1->noload->static. However, the UI for selecting folders does not distinguish between the two in either the admin as well as the end-user view.
