When I open the scaling tool, whether I click on the load button or not, OpenSim starts to not respond.

Date: 2020-11-16 21:59 Sender: Ayman Habib This is entirely related to upgrading to BigSur which was just released. We had no way to test the software (released months ago) against Apple's new OS just released. If you can downgrade that would be great. Also you can post to the user forum to see how/if others ran into the similar issues, how they fixed it or until we have time to address the upgrade.
Date: 2020-11-16 21:51 Sender: Ana Matoso My problem is with scaling any model including the tutorial model. My operating system is macOS Big Sur v11.0.1. This problem started happening in OpenSim v4.0 but then I tried the v4.1 and it also happened.
Date: 2020-11-16 18:58 Sender: Ayman Habib This seems pretty generic, our distribution includes steps to scale a model in Tutorial 3, do these work? If no then the problem is likely specific to your environment, if yes then the issue is model specific in which case please provide the model you're using. Also please describe the OS and OpenSim version you're working with. Thank you.
