Detailed description
- In "Browse Data" screen, go to the folder, right click, and select download. It opens license agreement. Click agree & Download Now. After briefly saying "preparing file" the message disappears and no file downloaded.

Working on:
Firefox and chrome.

On safari, was not prompted to agree to license, went straight to processing download. Screen was in the state for "preparing download" before, during and after folder was downloaded.
