Detailed description
Many of the parameter pulldowns will accept nonsense. Some yield confusing error dialogs when intermediate non-parsable values are used. It would be nice to use some general validating mechanism that colors text red when it is not usable, and which does not actually change the underlying parameters until a valid value is entered. Different categories might include: positive numbers real numbers integers existing file names valid file names
