dear OpenSim team,
I've recently wanted to use the manual scale tool both for research and teaching purposes. I have not collected any motion capture data and simply want to scale based on physical measurements of segment lengths of a subject.
This is of course possible in OpenSim, but nowhere are the scale distances of the generic model provided, making it quite tedious to scale the model manually. (I ended up measuring in a round-about way the distance between anatomical landmarks on the generic model)
Is there a way that in future versions either a) the generic scale distances are provided or b) there is an option for entering segment lengths in order to scale rather than a scale fraction.
