Detailed description
When performing multiple simulations on the same model (and manager) such as Sam's arm optimization, the controls storage is not cleared, so if you write the controls storage to file, it always appends the previous simulation's controls to the file. When a manager simulates a system, it should clear the control buffer before the integration takes place. (see attached file for t=0-t=0.3, number of simulations = 4)
