Applications: 1) neuromuscularskeletal (NMS) models of cat & human locomotion; 2) development of Matlab-OpenSim APIs; 3) development of data management APIs.Other Interests: My own interest is in the development of NMS models for holistic computational analysis. In particular, I use models to study the contribution of the peripheral (intrinsic muscle & sensory feedback) and central (CPG, brainstem, motor cortex) pathways to the motor control.
