This folder contains code to reproduce the sensitivity analysis for our project for ME 485: Modeling and Simulation of Human Movement, Spring 2018. The contained code is the original code for the baseline simulation with supporting notes to determine the sensitivity of optimal activations to changes in musculotendon parameters.
