The musculoskeletal model, experimental data, and settings files used to generate a three-dimensional, muscle-actuated dynamic simulation of human running are provided below. Each of the steps of the simulation workflow, which includes Scale, Inverse Kinematics (IK), Reduced Residual Algorithm (RRA), and Computed Muscle Control (CMC), are described in the OpenSim User's Guide. Please also read the "README" file included with the download for specific details about this simulation.

02 Full Body Model
This is a generic full body model used to generate a three-dimensional, muscle-actuated simulation of running as described in Hamner et al. (2010). The model is intended to be used with OpenSim 2.0 or later.
