SimVascular Tutorial Project
This is the SimVascular Project presented in the SimVascular documentation Getting Started Tutorial section.
Tutorial Project
Aug 04, 2021

This project demonstrates how to use the SimVascular image-based modeling pipeline to create a patient-specific geometric model of the human vasculature and perform a finite element computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation of blood flow for that model. A model of an aorta with left and right iliac arteries is created from an MR image volume.

Aortofemoral Normal - 1
Aortofemoral Normal. This is a clinical case which includes various images (dicom, vti, pcmri) , path/segmentation data files. It's one of the clinical cases presented on SimVascular documentation website (simvascular.org). The data files are in SimVascular legacy formats. A new project needs to created in SimVascular and then the user can import those data in to the new project. For more information, see the case OSMSC0110 at www.vascularmodel.org
