This project contains a package that can be used to perform data-tracking optimization using collocation method. The codes and models are available. The tracking results for one subject during walking and running are also provided.

For each HuntCrossleyForce, changing the value of transition_velocity property from 0.1 to 1 would improve tracking fore-aft and mediolateral ground forces.
