The provided code allows creation of a model for typically developing children and children with cerebral palsy, with plantarflexor parameters that are based on group-specific median parameters. Median values were obtained from personalised musculotendon parameters for 13 subjects in each group that were fitted to torque- and fascicle length-angle curves.
