Provides source code for a "whole-cell" model of Escherichia coli.
The goal of this project is to develop the first gene-complete computational model of Escherichia coli, incorporating the functions and interactions of every annotated gene. We anticipate this model will be broadly applicable to both scientists and synthetic biologists by enabling the rational design and analysis of E. coli physiology.
