In this project a clinically applicable Muscle Function report is developed, which shows:
- Muscle-tendon lengths during gait, which give an indication of muscle contracture
- Muscle-tendon velocities during gait, which, presented together which EMG, give an indication of spasticity

These data are automatically calculated using a matlab interface to OpenSim. The report can be used as an addition to traditional gait analysis reports.
